It depends on how sophisticated you are and your approach to therapy. I ate whatever I wanted, when I wanted. It takes foresight and progressively longer lag times. I used Symlin for my last two trimesters and it made a tremendous difference as I became more and more insulin resistant. One tool that...

Oh I cannot imagine upper arm! I wore a pump for two pregnancies, have 2 healthy boys, 1 of which tested positive for the higher risk gene only.
