My name is carlton and i'm a Diabetic.
I recently was hospitalized in the Wash,Dc area (Fairfax to be exact) and found out that i have Diabetes,I
had no idea what so ever and was shocked as the doctors and Nurses was when they told me that my Blood/sugar level was 1,129.
Actually @ the time i had no idea what that meant,but when they explained it to me all i could do was thank he Lord...
i'm now taking (injecting )insulin and atfter viewing this site i'm gonna ask my Dr. n Tuesday about the pump and the different from using it oppose to injecting it myself...
OOO! The pump is really easy to work with! Made my life sooo much more simple!

Do you go to diabetes summer camp? I started going when I was 7 and it was fun and I made a lot of friends.
