Hi,
Just wondering what type of insulin most of you use. My daughter uses Novalog, but I heard somewhere that Apidra is faster acting and gets out of your system faster. Supposedly the faster the better. Is this a good thing for a 5 year old? Seems like with Novalog it takes atleast a couple hours for her sugar to return to a good range. I was going to mention it at her next doctors appointment. Any better insulin suggestions?
P.S. She uses the medtronic minimed.
