Hi,I am a mother with a 7 year old diabetic on the pump. She also has Celiac and Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I am also a type 2 diabetic. We are looking into the CGM. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, My daughter is also looking into the CGM, when i contacted my insurance company they said your endo. needs to get in touch with them and prove that the child needs it.Must send all nessasary documents. Sorry not much help,but ask your childs endo. to take care of it for you.According to my insurance company they cant give me any info. except that it is hard to get it covered with out a fight from the endo.They will probally denie it 3 or 4 times before they decide to cover it, if they do! Hi! Welcome! We are on the dexcom cgm. They have a new system and it is great the accuracy is very good. The customer service is unbelievable. And they gave us a payment plan. Join the cgm group and they can answer maybe more questions.
