I think Gina said we can use graphs on here --if so,how ? I was thinking this would be a quick way to ask a question and have answers given.

I get e-mail alerts for new posts but I no longer get them for personal conversations and I cannot figure out why. I have everything checked off in the site options when I edit my profile but I still don't get e-mails to say someone sent me a note. Any suggestions?

I'll keep track - I'm thinking it might have something to do with the security software on my computer?? I'm using another computer right now so I'll have to check on my home computer.

I go to a group, join the group and then try to post something on it. I get an "access denied" message across the screen. Why??? I even tried to reply to someone's post and create a new one and it still says access denied.

Every time I try to log in, I get the following message: Invalid User Credentials. I find myself having to request my password EVERY time I want to log in. I obviously know my password but the system doesn't seem to be accepting it. This happens EVERY time. Help! Can someone let me know what the deal is? Thanks!

Hi- this is Rachel and I had to 'join' again with a new user name and (differnet email address)to write this. I'm at my wits end! For at least 4-5 days, I have not been able to log in. I am fairly confident I'm using the correct user name and password, but you never know, so I asked it to "send me my password." It sent me an email to reset my password and when I click on it, it brings me to a Juvenation page that says "action denied" or something of that sort, blocking me.

AGH! Help please! It's really hard to find a way to ask for help on a site when you can't log in, I tried to personally email Gina and also email the jdrf contact us email and that got bounced back (and it's not my email b/c I used another account!).

On the Groups home page, there is a line toward the top that reads, "Don't see one you like? Create your own… " Since the ability to do that has been removed, maybe you could change it to "request a change" and link it to a contact form?

When you first log on to Juvenation, there is information about the diabetes video contest. It says the entry deadline is mid-October. Since Juvenation just came on line (as far as I know!), why is this on here? Has the deadline been extended?

I was going to put a quick kick-off message in poetry to try to get things rolling - but I kept getting an error that either I didn't have access to the forum or it does not exist. If I shouldn't have access (say, if one of you has seen my work...) then, please ignore... :)
