Originally, the 2011 Children’s Congress application deadline was at 5pm (EDT), today, October 4. But due to a technical glitch, we decided to keep the application live until midnight tonight. So, submit an application on the CC11 website or through Facebook ASAP!

still could not submit application....keeps giving error message...what a shame to disappoint the kids
