Thanks to all your efforts, last week the FDA put out encouraging draft artificial pancreas guidance. While a detailed review is still under way, the FDA draft appears to lay a foundation for accelerating the development and availability of artificial pancreas systems that will improve the lives of millions of Americans living with type 1 diabetes.

Thank you so much for releasing the draft artificial pancreas guidance. My little girl was diagnosed at the age of 3 and she has dealt with this terrible disease for 10 years. Shot after shot, after prick, after poke for years and years. This advance in technology would mean everything to her and millions of other children and adults that are living and fighting with this disease every day. I can't put into words how thankful I am!

my two sons have type 1, both diagnosed ithin a year of each other. One is managing well the other is not. It is life changing. we need the artificial pancreas. I try to help JDRF as much as possible we have a yearly concert to benefit the cause. ITS EVERYWHERE
