44 + one can of coke = 77. I tried to exercise after dinner..........whoops!!!!
I tried a 40-minute walk after dinner, too... brought me right down. Need to do that more often. Though, I ended up flatlining at 68, which is lower than I'd like.
Flatlining sounds bad. "I stuck the landing at 68." There we go.
72. I'm doing okay on shots. Not great, but not awful. I'm not wearing the CGM, so I have no idea what my spikes are looking like, but two hours after eating i've been around 160, and 4 hours i seem to be going to low 70s. a little lower than i'd like, but not scary.
i am just waiting on a storm. i do not want to risk another site coming off; they're too expensive. I got a sample of skintac, so i might try that tomorrow. We'll see.

skin tac helped a LOT for my site problems, hopefully it works for you too!
