Friday is the final day to turn in donations to have them go towards an incentive prize. But also remember that we accept donations all year round! We’ll need those donations to reach our $5 million goal. Keep up the great work.

All donations turned in on Walk day have been entered. Check out your participant center page to see your total! It’s not too late to reach your goal. Call your Walk Manager for ideas on how to boost your fundraising total.

We had a ball last Sunday doing the Walk to fina a cure in the zoo. Best of all, we exceed our goal by $250 and end up raising $1200. To make this sweeter, our team Koka-Loka became the member of the prestigious Sneakers' Club. Already looking forward to next year walk and fun fund raising activities...

Here in the midwest, my Walk was March 7th. We barely raised any money, just under $200. Every little bit helps, I know, and I wanted it to be more... but honestly? That day was for me, more than anything. Next year I want to do all I can for fundraising and really bring in some money, but as you know...

Around here, our Walk is March 7th this year in Des Moines. I just changed my facebook status to something like "Join my JDRF Walk team!" and in just a few minutes, I'm already getting feedback from friends. It feels so good. I've even got a friend coming all the way from my home town...
